Shamelessly British...I always hear about this in movies/TV/books from the UK and wanted to know whether it was really just beans on toast. It is.
Apparently, there's a special kind of baked bean that Heinz makes that you're supposed to use, which are in a tomato sauce and come in a blue tin. Picture from Ludlow Swimming Club.
