Clair got us this egg timer for Christmas this year and I can very highly recommend it. I can also very highly recommend medium boiled eggs...they have the portability of hard boiled eggs but the yolks are deep orange and soft. The sad thing is that I can't tell you how to make them because I'm totally reliant on that egg timer! I'll try to pay attention tomorrow and relay instructions back to you.
